Memorial Day weekend is a time to honor our fallen heroes who lost their lives while protecting our freedoms. Our military should always be taken care of and unfortunately they are not. It is estimated that 300,000 veterans are homeless on any given night. The Walter and Connie Payton Foundation are expressing their highest appreciation for Veterans in need. WCPF working with the staff at Concord Place in Northlake, IL has built one floor/33 units for veterans and many who have been homeless. This project continues to grow through fund raising and donations. Jim Cauthorn supports veterans and their families with the Aid & Attendance benefit which brings financial support to veterans. All involved are extraordinary individuals who are making a difference for our Veterans, as we all should be!
