The truth about sugar is much more than bitter. Sugar is an addictive, low grade toxic poison, just like any other addictive substance. The average person eats a minimum of 1/2 cup of sugar per day, which is overkill and on the low end. Expert guest, Bonnie Minsky, says that sugar addiction is bio-chemical and has very little to do with will power. We eat sugar and crave more, as the vicious cycle continues on.
