The Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare, will change health care as we know it today. The Affordable Care Act is 2007 pages long with 17,000 new regulations. Geriatric expert Ron Kauffman says it has too much grey area. Open enrollment begins October 1, 2013 and goes through March 31, 2014.
